Learn how to build and strengthen your resilience by joining our two-part online workshop with resilience coach Amanda Loh. Each session will help unpack the factors that can influence resilience and how to bounce forward from life’s challenges.

Amanda Loh is a registered nurse, educator and gerontologist by background and has 30 years’ experience working in organisations that deliver care and support to older people and people living with disability.

Amanda’s focus has always been about delivering education and training to a diverse range of people, framed by her own personal lived experience.
