Natalie believes yoga is a transformative practice; an important opportunity to pause and slow down in the busyness of our jam-packed lives. Natalie’s classes range from flowing and fiery to restorative and relaxing. Whatever the class, students are encouraged to cultivate a deep connection to their breath, always returning kindly and attentively. She offers a caring attitude and nurturing practice in the hope students can direct these qualities onto others, but more importantly, themselves.
