We’ve teamed up with The Therapy Hub for this three-part online series unpacking Anxiety, Depression, and Suicidal Thoughts and Self-Harm.
Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Family Therapist, Marie Vakakis, will explore strategies for parents and carers of teens and young people to understand, identify, and seek support for signs and symptoms of mental health challenges.
