So, we’ve wrapped it up into one free and easy online program for your mind, body and soul!
2023 For Me is a program tailored for you. Over six weeks access exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness sessions facilitated by experts in their field.
6-Week Yoga Series
Date: Thursdays, 23 February – 30 March
Time: 11:00am – 12:00pm (AEDT)

There are so many good things about yoga, but let’s face it, sometimes getting to a class might be difficult or even intimidating. So we’re bringing easy, free, and expert led yoga to you. For this six-week yoga series we’ve teamed up with the masters from Warrior One Yoga. Join Warrior One for Slow Flow, beginner-friendly sessions that promote gentle movement and mindfulness.
Mindful Moments
Date: Wednesdays – Once a month (Back in January)
Time: 10:00am – 10:30pm (AEST)
Where: Online – Zoom (live only)

MOIRA’s online Facebook community for parents and carers of children with disability. The community provides a safe space to connect and communicate online.
