Understanding Arthritis & Back Pain

Living with arthritis or back pain can impact day to day life, mental health and overall wellbeing. Award winning practitioner and founder of Beyond Pain, Anjelo Ratnachandra is back for this two-part series that will explore arthritis and back pain.

Expert Exercise Physiologist Nick Laverty is back with this guided series that will focus on strengthening and stretching. Over eight weeks access free online expert coaching, workouts and resources. Journal Writing Series

This six-week series is designed to support your wellbeing by creating a space and time just for you. Join wellbeing coach, Ingrid Jones as she guides you through a 5-step process that will kick start your journaling journey and provide access to resources, tools and prompts, and connection with a like-minded community.
