MOIRA Community is thrilled to present a special online event, In Conversation with James Hunt – Stories About Autism, this May.

James Hunt is a father to two boys, both of whom are autistic.
For the last five years, James has been sharing everyday experiences from their lives on his award-winning blog, Stories About Autism. Disability carers and families throughout Australia are invited to join James online on 14 May 2021 in an interactive and candid conversation about the highs and lows of parenting children with Autism. The event will explore James experiences and insights, on a range of topics including:

  • The emotional journey from diagnose to now
  • The joys and challenges of caring for children with autism
  • Hopes and dreams for the future (and the worries)
  • Carer wellbeing
    + Answer your questions in a live Q and A.
