Faster Payment Times

In an industry first, MOIRA has entered into formal arrangements with some of Victoria’s largest disability service providers. These arrangements combine the best of both worlds - robust controls and protections (unlike a standing authority offered by other plan managers) and leading edge 1-2 business days invoice payments. MOIRA’s recently enhanced processes will ensure service providers not under this arrangement will continue to be paid speedily.

Budget Tracking

Automatic monthly budget statements allow MOIRA participants to monitor spending and track invoices up to successfully payment.

Account Management for Providers

MOIRA has introduced a dedicated relationships team for eligible service providers to resolve any queries, so you can concentrate on service delivery.

MOIRA has invested in brand new telephone infrastructure to ensure your calls are answered efficiently. Our experienced Melbourne based team is currently resolving over 95% of enquiries in the first call.
