Support for Older Carers

MOIRA provides a Support for Older Carers program (SOC) as a free service which helps carers to navigate the service system and plan for the future. The service also provides social support groups for carers to meet and seek mutual support through arts and craft activities and social outings.

MOIRA’s Parent Support Officer acts as a central contact point for help with information regarding services and supports.  Carers can access the program by self-referral or referral by other services.
