Family Reconciliation

The Family Reconciliation Initiative is an early intervention and prevention strategy that provides assistance to young people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

We offer:

  • One-on-one and family counselling support that is confidential and solution focused
  • Facilitation of family mediation sessions that support families to re-establish communication and resolve family conflict
  • An emphasis on healing and restoration of relationships that enables young people to develop into independent self-sustaining adults
  • The delivery of practical strategies to communicate and resolve conflict more effectively
  • Flexible, creative and effective intervention plans and strategies.
