Tammy Huynh (pronounced Hwin) is the owner of Leaf an Impression, a business she started in 2019 to share her love and joy of gardening and horticulture with everyone. Through workshops, writing for blogs and magazines, consults, activations, plant styling, and presenting on ABC TV’s Gardening Australia (super lucky to be a part of this!), Tammy aims to educate, inspire, and impart a little bit of greenery into everyone’s lives; to leaf an impression.

Despite over a decade of experience in the horticultural industryshe was recently awarded the Australian Institute of Horticulture’s ‘Horticulturist of the Year 2021 Award’her journey in gardening started much earlier in life, influenced by her ‘po po’ (maternal grandmother), who was always in the garden, cultivating the soil, harvesting goodies, saving seed, and constantly chasing the chooks out of the veggie patch!

If you share a passion for gardening and want to embark on a green journey with Tammy, follow her on Instagram @leaf_an_impression, or for more information on workshops or talks, visit leafanimpression.com.au

Her philosophy is simple: To impart a little bit of greenery to everyone’s life. To make a mark; to leaf an impression.
