Prior to starting her own business, Leah was a serial career changer, commencing her career as a Tax Consultant with KPMG before transitioning through several careers including recruitment, HR, project management and being a stay-at-home mum to her 3 children.

In 2014, Leah founded Relaunch Me initially to help women return to work with confidence after an extended career break.

Over the years, the business has evolved, and she and her team now support a range of clients including students, career changers, return-to-work parents and individuals who have been made redundant, to identify their ‘best fit’ career and then support them through their job search journey.
