If you’re looking to begin or maintain your mindfulness journey, welcome to Mindful Moments, your monthly online check-in.

We know how busy life can be and that being mindful isn’t always as easy as it seems!

So, for 30 minutes once a month take a moment to reconnect with yourself and others.

Mindful Moments gives you a chance to pause, reflect, and keep your mindfulness practice on track.

Join a friendly group to learn and share your experiences, whether you're new to mindfulness or have been practicing for some time. Straight from the comfort of your own home, we'll explore mindfulness activities, breathing exercises and guided meditations.

Together, let's take a mindful moment.


Monthly check-ins

Check-in every fourth Wednesday of the month to have your 30-minute Mindful Moment. A place to keep track of your mindfulness practice with others.

The power of connection

Connect with and learn from others on their own mindfulness journey.

Mindfulness practice

Discover new ways to practice mindfulness in our everyday lives. We end each session with a guided meditation that will help you prepare for the day and week ahead.

Guided by Ryan Thompson from the Connect team, Mindful Moments is a free online monthly check-in for anyone seeking to start or continue their mindfulness journey and connect with like-minded individuals. 

Date: Fourth Wednesday of the month
Time: 10:00am – 10:30am (AEDT)
Where: Online – Zoom

These sessions are live only and won’t be recorded.  

Mindful Moments is designed for people under 65 (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people under 50) living with a chronic health or mental health condition or experiencing isolation. If you are over the age limit and would like to participate, please contact us.
