Guided by Ryan Thompson from the Connect team, Mindful Moments is a free online monthly check-in for anyone seeking to start or continue their mindfulness journey and connect with like-minded individuals.

Mindful Moments is designed for people under 65 (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people under 50) living with a chronic health or mental health condition or experiencing isolation. If you are over the age limit and would like to participate, please contact us.
