Eftsure

Eftsure is an Australian company that ensures payments are made to the intended recipients. The Eftsure software solution is an independent, real-time, continuous controls monitoring system designed to validate the integrity of online transactional payments and supplier data. Verification performed by Eftsure ensures that payments are made to the correct and legitimate recipients. The service is used by a wide range of businesses across diverse industries, as well as various Australian government agencies.

New Service Providers must provide their business information through the Eftsure portal for independent verification before receiving payment from MOIRA FPM. This simple and fast verification process will be communicated by MOIRA FPM.

Service Providers will need to provide Eftsure with the following information for verification:

  • Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Bank account details
  • Trading name
  • Contact details

Service Providers will be required to verify their details with Eftsure each time there is a change to their payment details (for e.g., Bank Account, Business Name, Business ABN).

 

MOIRA FPM will send an “Onboarding Invitation” email from fpmvendors@moira.org.au.

Simply click on the link to register and supply your information to Eftsure for verification.

Reimbursement is the return of money that was paid towards an eligible support or service that is approved in a Participant’s NDIS Plan.

New Participants seeking reimbursements must provide their information through the Eftsure portal for independent verification before receiving payment from MOIRA FPM. This simple and fast verification process will be communicated by MOIRA FPM. Independent verification significantly improves the security of payments and helps to make sure that all reimbursements go to the correct account, not someone else’s.

Participants are required to provide Eftsure with the following information for verification:

  • Bank Account details and
  • Contact details

The existing process for reimbursement claims, either through the FPM Portal or email (fpm@moira.org.au), will remain the same. The MOIRA Reimbursement Claim Form must be used for each reimbursement sent via email.

New and existing recipients of MOIRA FPM payments who have recently changed their details may receive a call from Eftsure (usually within 24 hours) to verify their details. A confirmation email will be sent by Eftsure once verified.
