Financial Plan Management

MOIRA Financial Plan Management is a financial administration service available to all National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants.
It comes at no cost to a participant and is available to help manage your NDIS expenses.

The service coordinates claims and payments for disability supports on your behalf, taking care of the bills and leaving you to concentrate on achieving your goals.

Getting Started

The MOIRA Financial Plan Management set up process has been designed to be quick and straightforward.
There are three ways to get started:

Compete and return the FPM registration form and return via email to


You can request Plan Management to be included in your NDIS plan when meeting with your NDIS Planner, or during any time throughout the span of your NDIS Plan.

The NDIS will allocate the following Support Category in your NDIS Plan to fund Plan Management:

  • “Improved Life Choices” 12 monthly processing fee Set up fee (once off, every plan)
  • Regardless of whether your service provider is NDIS registered and Non NDIS Registered, MOIRA Financial Plan Management will be able to pay them on your behalf. Please note, the NDIS Price Guide applies to all claims under Plan Management.
  • Plan Management offers you the choice and control of Self-Management without the administrative burden
  • You don’t have to learn or navigate the NDIS Portal
  • You have the support of an experienced team ready to answer your NDIS questions.

Plan Management comes at no cost to you. You can have this service funded in every NDIS Plan by telling your NDIS Planner.
